  • We do NOT collect payment information (handled by payment processors)

  • Two-factor authentication available for account security

5. Your Documents

  • You retain full ownership of all documents you upload
  • DocuFeed processes documents only when you request it
  • Documents are stored securely in US cloud storage
  • You can delete documents at any time
  • You are responsible for backing up important documents
  • Automatic redaction helps protect sensitive information

6. Analytics & Improvements

  • We track which features are used most frequently
  • Usage data helps us prioritize feature development
  • We analyze user interactions to improve the user experience
  • All analytics data is anonymized and aggregated
  • Individual document content is never used for training or improvement

7. Third-Party Services

  • Account management and authentication: Supabase
  • Data storage: US-based cloud providers with encryption
  • Payment processing: Third-party payment processors (we never see credit cards)
  • All third-party providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements
